摘要
目的:设计一种流式细胞仪在线监测系统,实时监测流式细胞仪中激光器的输出功率。方法:该系统主要由开关电源、光学系统、检测单元和控制系统组成,采用光电效应原理设计,将激光光束的光信号转变为电信号,通过滤波放大,由模数转换器处理后,将数据传输并最终显示在液晶显示器(liquid crystal display,LCD)上。结果:该系统可实时监测激光器的输出功率,且发现异常时能自动报警,方便维护人员及时处理。结论:该系统自动化程度高、操作简便、检测数据可靠,可保障流式细胞仪检测结果的准确性。
Objective To design an online monitoring system for the flow cytometer to monitor the output power of the laser in real time.Methods The system was composed of a switching power supply,an optical system,a monitoring unit and a control system,which was designed using the principle of the photoelectric effect.The electrical signal converted from the optical signal was amplified by a filter,and then transmitted and displayed on a LCD after being processed by an analog-to-digital converter.Results The system monitored the output power of the laser in real time and automatically alarmed when an abnormality occurred to facilitate the maintenance personnel to handle in time.Conclusion The system developed gains advantages in automation,easy operation and data reliability,and ensures the result accuracy by the flow cytometer.
