摘要
城市灾害的发生具有必然性和随机性,人居环境的营建历史是一部适应环境、改善环境、与灾害作斗争的历史。我国的人居环境建设与山水有着密切的联系,山水型城市是人们的理想人居模式。当前,随着城市化进程的加快,城市灾害对山水型城市安全的威胁日益凸显,山水型城市的灾害防治也越来越受规划学者关注。本文回顾了城市规划与灾害防治的关系,并以桂林为实例,分析了山水型城市灾害防治的主要特征,总结出桂林建城与防灾交互的城市智慧,为其他相似城市提供借鉴。
The occurrence of urban disasters is inevitable and random.The construction history of human settlements is a history of adapting to the environment,improving the environment and fighting against disasters.In China,it is closely tied to the landscape,which is the ideal living mode for people.At present,with the acceleration of urbanization,the threat of urban disasters to the security of landscape cities is becoming more and more prominent,and the prevention of disasters for those cities has been paid more and more attention by scholars of planning.This paper reviews the relationship between urban planning and disaster prevention,and analyzes the main characteristics of disaster prevention and control in landscape cities by taking Guilin as an example.In addition,it summarizes the urban wisdom of the interaction between disaster.
