摘要
目的:评价某公司醇胺系列产品技改项目职业病危害控制的效果。方法:采用现场职业卫生学调查、职业卫生检测、职业健康体检等方法进行综合评价。结果:外操、卸料、灌装岗位为职业病危害关键控制岗位;环氧丙烷和噪声为关键控制因素。粉尘的检测全部合格;毒物中环氧丙烷一岗位的检测超标,噪声一岗位定点超标,其余均合格。结论:该项目属职业病危害严重的建设项目,针对超标职业病危害因素和存在问题,补充有效的防控措施,达到职业病危害的控制要求。
[Objective]To assess the occupational hazards in a company alcohol amine product technical transformation project.[Methods]The methods of occupational hygiene investigation,occupational hygiene measurement,checklist and medical examination were applied for investigation and evaluation.[Results]External operation,unloading and filling posts were the key control posts of occupational hazards;HPPO and noise were the key control factors.The dust are all qualified.Among the poisons,the detection of HPPO in one post exceeded the standard,and the noise in one post exceeded the standard,and the rest were qualified.[Conclusion]The production project were more serious occupational hazard.in view of the excessive occupational hazards and existing problems,effective prevention and control measures are supplemented to meet the control requirements of occupational hazards.
