摘要
目的分析全自动血细胞分析仪在体液检测中的应用价值。方法选取本院于2018年3月至2019年12月间接诊的100例患者胸腹水样品展开研究,均分成A、B两份,每份50例。分别使用全自动血细胞分析仪和手工法检查胸腹水样品中的细胞总数量、白细胞总数量和白细胞类型,分析其和手工法的相关性。结果两种检测方式的Bland-Altman一致性较为良好。在细胞总数量、白细胞总数和白细胞分类检测时,两种检测方法的相关性高。且对于淋巴细胞与间皮细胞占比结果的检测,全自动血细胞分析仪符合手工对比标准。结论手工检测相比,全自动血细胞分析仪能够精准地检测胸腹水中的细胞数量和类别,应用在临床中能够大大提高检验效率,降低临床医生的工作量,具有重要的临床推广价值。
Objective The application value of automatic blood cell analyzer in fluid detection was analyzed.Methods Samples of pleural and abdominal fluid from 100 patients admitted to our hospital from March 2018 to December 2019 were selected for the study,which were divided into two parts,A and B,50 cases in each.The total number of cells,the total number of white blood cells and the type of white blood cells in the samples of pleural and abdominal water were examined by automatic blood cell analyzer and manual method respectively,and the correlation between them and manual method was analyzed.Results The Bland-Altman consistency of the two methods was relatively good.In the total number of cells,total number of white blood cells and white blood cell classification detection,the correlation between the two detection methods was high.For the determination of the proportion of lymphocyte and mesothelial cell,the automatic blood cell analyzer conformed to the manual comparison standard.Conclusion Compared with manual detection,automatic blood cell analyzer can accurately detect the number and types of cells in the chest and abdomen water.Its application in clinical practice can greatly improve the test efficiency and reduce the workload of clinicians,which has important clinical promotion value.
