摘要
目的:观察黄芪建中汤联合中药穴位贴敷治疗慢性胃炎脾胃虚寒证的临床疗效。方法:选取2018年1月至2019年1月东莞市大朗医院门诊接诊的脾胃虚寒型慢性胃炎患者58例,随机分为研究组和对照组,每组29例。对照组给予中药穴位贴敷治疗,研究组给予黄芪建中汤联合中药穴位贴敷治疗。结果:研究组治疗后中医证候评分、VAS评分、HAMA评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组有效率为96.55%,1年内复发率为3.44%,对照组有效率为75.86%,1年内复发率为20.68%,研究组有效率高于对照组,1年内复发率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:黄芪建中汤联合中药穴位贴敷治疗慢性胃炎脾胃虚寒证,可减轻患者临床症状,促其尽快康复。
Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of Astragalus Center-Fortifying Decoction combined with point application of TCM on chronic gastritis with spleen-stomach deficiency and cold syndrome.Methods:A total of 58 patients with chronic gastritis of spleen-stomach deficiency and cold syndrome treated in Outpatient Department of Dongguan Dalang Hospital from January 2018 to January 2019 were randomly divided into the study group and the control group,with 29 cases in each group.The control group was treated with point application of TCM,and the study group was given Astragalus Center-Fortifying Decoction combined with point application of TCM.Results:After the treatment,the TCM syndrome score,VAS score and HAMA score of the study group were lower than those of the control group,and all the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The effective rate of the study group was 96.55%,the recurrence rate within one year was 3.44%,while the effective rate of the control group was 75.86%,and the recurrence rate within one year was 20.68%.The effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the recurrence rate within one year was lower than that of the control group and all the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:In terms of chronic gastritis with spleen-stomach deficiency and cold syndrome,Astragalus Center-Fortifying Decoction combined with point application of TCM can reduce the clinical symptoms of patients and promote their recovery as soon as possible.
