摘要
目的:探究胸部平片及CT在肺结核患者诊断中的应用价值。方法:2017年1月-2019年1月诊治肺结核患者72例,应用胸部平片及CT检查,对比分析两种检查方式的影像特征表现。结果:胸部CT检查的准确率高于胸部平片检查,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。肺结核患者胸部平片影像学特征多为病变区域密度不均匀,边界清晰,中心密度高,同时周围存在斑片状阴影;肺结核患者CT检查病灶区域多表现出高低密度混杂现象,且肺小叶区域可见条索状、蜂窝状阴影,常见卫星病灶;胸部CT检查对病灶钙化斑、纵隔及肺门淋巴结检出及钙化斑、空洞形成,继发肺气肿形成、支气管和胸膜累及征象等病变的检出率高于胸部平片检查,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:相比于胸部平片检查,胸部CT检查具有更高的诊断准确度,同时对继发病变的检出率较高。有助于鉴别诊断。
Objective:To explore the application value of chest plain film and CT in the diagnosis of pulmonary tuberculosis.Methods:From January 2017 to January 2019,72 patients with pulmonary tuberculosis were selected.They underwent chest plain film and CT examination.We compared and analyzed the imaging characteristics of the two methods.Results:The accuracy of chest CT was higher than that of chest plain film,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The chest X-ray imaging features of pulmonary tuberculosis patients were uneven density of lesion area,clearboundary,high central density and patchy shadow around.CT examination of pulmonary tuberculosis patients showed high and low density in the focus area,and in the area of pulmonary lobule,striped and honeycomb shadows could be seen.The detection rate of calcification spot,lymph node calcification spot,emphysema and bronchial involvement sign in chest CT examination was higher than that in chest plain film examination,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared with chest plain film,chest CT examination has higher diagnostic accuracy and higher detection rate of secondary lesions.
