摘要
目的:探究急性心梗后早期心绞痛应用曲美他嗪联合阿托伐他汀方案治疗的临床疗效。方法:2016年3月-2019年3月收治急性心梗后早期心绞痛患者60例,随机分为两组。对照组采用阿托伐他汀治疗;试验组在阿托伐他汀基础上联合曲美他嗪治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果:试验组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组治疗后ST段下降时间短于对照组,ST段最大下降幅度小于对照组,24 h内缺血发作次数少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组治疗后全血黏度、血小板聚集率及血浆黏度均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:急性心梗后早期心绞痛应用曲美他嗪联合阿托伐他汀方案治疗的效果显著,利于改善血液流变学与心电图指标水平。
Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy of trimetazidine combined with atorvastatin in the treatment of early angina pectoris after acute myocardial infarction.Methods:From March 2016 to March 2019,60 cases of patients with early angina pectoris after acute myocardial infarction were enrolled,they were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was treated with atorvastatin,while the experimental group was treated with trimetazidine on the basis of atorvastatin.The therapeutic effects between the two groups was compared.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The decline time of the ST segment after treatment in the experimental group was shorter than that in the control group,the maximum decrease of the ST segment was less than that in the control group and the number of ischemic attacks within 24 h was less than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the whole blood viscosity,platelet aggregation rate and plasma viscosity of the experimental group were lower than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Trimetazidine combined with atorvastatin is effective in the treatment of early angina pectoris after acute myocardial infarction,which is beneficial to improve hemorheology and ECG index levels.
