摘要 10 kV配电网一直存在故障快速隔离与供电可靠性的矛盾关系,介绍了配电网接线方式及各种接线方式下的相间故障定位方法,借鉴主网的过流保护对各开关进行继电保护配置以快速定位相间短路故障,将中性点接地方式改造为经小电阻接地以减少相间短路故障,以期为配电专业人员提供参考。 The 10 kV distribution network has always had the contradictory relationship between fast fault isolation and power supply reliability.The connection mode of distribution network and the method of phase to phase fault location under various connection modes were introduced.Referring to the over-current protection of the main network,the relay protection configuration of each switch was carried out to quickly locate the phase to phase short-circuit fault,and the neutral point grounding mode was transformed to the low resistance grounding mode to reduce the phase to phase short-circuit fault,so as to provide reference for distribution professionals.
