摘要
目前,企业档案信息化管理已在山西省市场监督管理局推行,但大数据时代下,建设高效的服务型政府势在必行。随着《企业登记管理办法》“多证合一、一照一码”的推行,对企业档案信息化管理提出了更高的要求。基于此,为适应时代变化与政策要求,提高服务效能,并加快建设服务型档案管理,文章对档案信息化管理工作的必要性及其存在的优势与问题进行总结,并针对性地提出了建议和措施。最后对企业档案数据信息化建设的应用进行了简要说明。
At present,enterprise archives information management has been implemented in Shanxi Market Supervision and Administration Bureau.but at the age of big data,There is a growing realization that an efficient service-oriented government must be made.With the implementation of“multiple certificates in one,one license and one code”in enterprise archives information management.Based on this,in order to adapt to the changes of the times and needs of policy requirements and to improve service efficiency,speed up the construction of service-oriented archives management,I combined with my own actual work situation and summed up the necessity of archives information management and its existing advantages and problems,I put forward suggestions and measures.At last,this paper briefly describes the application of enterprise archives data information construction.
