摘要
探讨精梳涤纶18.5 tex针织纱的生产工艺。通过优选清梳联工艺参数对纤维进行有效开松;合理设置精梳准备工序速度和定量等;优选精梳工序给棉方式、给棉长度和落棉隔距等,最终成功纺制出精梳涤纶18.5 tex针织纱,其质量指标明显优于普梳涤纶18.5 tex针织纱。认为:采用精梳工艺能有效提高涤纶针织纱的品质。
Production process of combed polyester 18.5 tex knitting yarn was discussed.By optimizing the blowing-carding unit process parameters,fiber was opened effectively.Reasonably setting speed and weight per unit of the combing preparation process,optimizing cotton feeding method,cotton feeding length and noil gauge of combing process,finally the combed polyester 18.5 tex knitting yarn was successfully spun and its quality index was significantly better than that of carded polyester 18.5 tex knitting yarn.It is considered that the use of combing technology can effectively improve the quality of polyester knitting yarn.
