摘要
探讨基于数字图像处理技术的素色机织物密度自动识别方法。采用数字图像处理技术采集机织物彩色图像,经图像灰度化、选取定点、经纬纱方向纠偏与裁剪、计算经纬纱亮度投影曲线、确定经纬纱纱线间隙位置等步骤,最终实现机织物经纬密度的自动识别,并与人工目测法进行比较。结果表明:图像法测量准确度高、时间短、效率高,对平纹、斜纹、缎纹素色织物有较好的适应性。认为:该方法可用于素色机织物密度的自动识别。
The automatic recognition method of the plain woven fabric density based on digital image processing technology was discussed.Digital image processing technology was adopted to collect the colorful image of woven fabrics.After image gray processing,fixed point selection,correcting and cutting the warp&weft direction,calculating the warp and weft brightness projection curve,confirming the interstitial site between warp&weft yarns and so on,automatic recognition of woven fabric warp&weft density was eventually realized.And it was compared with manual visual estimating method.The test results showed that the image measurement method was more accurate,with less time and higher efficiency.It had better adaptation with plain weave,twill and satin weave fabrics.It is considered that the method can be used for automatic recognition of plain woven fabric density.
