摘要
探讨早期护理干预对妊娠期糖尿病患者的影响。将2018年1月—2019年6月来江门市新会区第二人民医院治疗的96例妊娠期糖尿病患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组各48例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用早期护理干预,对两组患者的护理效果进行对比分析。结果表明,产妇与新生儿并发症发生率方面,观察组为4.17%、4.17%,均显著低于对照组的20.83%、18.75%(P<0.05)。HbAlc、FBG及2 hPG方面,观察组均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:早期护理干预可合理控制妊娠期糖尿病患者的血糖水平,降低产妇及新生儿的并发症发生率,促进治疗及提高护理效果。
The research explores the early nursing intervention on diabetic patients of gestation period.96 diabetic patients of gestation period from Jan.2018 to Jun.2019 are regarded as the research objects,and they are divided into control group and observation group by random number table,with 48 patients in each group.Control group receive routine nursing,and observation group receive early nursing intervention.Nursing effects of two groups are analyzed.The complication rates of pregnant women and newborns of observation group are 4.17%and 4.17%,which are significantly lower than 20.83%and 18.75%of the control group(P<0.05).HbA1c,FBG and 2hPG of observation group are significantly lower than control group(P<0.05).Early nursing intervention can rationally control the blood glucose level of diabetic patients of gestation period,reduce the complication rate of pregnant women and newborns,and promote treatment and nursing effect.
