摘要
基于应用型本科院校学生的学情,结合高分子材料与工程专业特点和专业人才培养目标,通过学生全程参与教师科研项目的实施,探索总结了一种高效的本科学生创新能力培养模式。实践结果表明,参与项目的学生在沟通表达、问题凝练、实验操作、数据处理及分析等能力方面进步明显,有力支撑了该培养模式的进一步推广。
Based on the students'academic conditions in applied undergraduate colleges,combined with the characteristics of polymer materials and engineering and professional talent training goals,this paper explores and summarizes an efficient undergraduate innovation ability training model through the full participation of students in the implementation of teacher research projects.The practical results show that the students participating in the project have made significant progress in communication and expression,problem condensing,experimental operation,data processing and analysis,etc.,which strongly supports the further promotion of this training model.
