摘要
利用甘肃省2009-2018年的基础数据,构建知识产权综合评价指标体系并采用熵值法进行测度,进一步地,基于Cobb-Douglas生产函数,引入知识产权导致的技术进步要素,建立资本存量、劳动力投入和知识产权与经济增长之间的模型,探讨知识产权对甘肃省经济增长的影响,揭示知识产权体系中制约其对甘肃经济增长贡献的关键因素。研究发现,知识产权显著促进甘肃经济增长,且对经济增长的贡献率远超劳动,紧跟资本,但甘肃知识产权体系发展不均衡,其中知识产权运用能力薄弱,服务体系滞后等问题最突出。最后基于实证分析结果提出相关对策建议。
Based on the basic data of Gansu Province from 2009 to 2018,this paper constructs a comprehensive evaluation index system of intellectual property rights and measures it by entropy method.Furthermore,based on the Cobb-Douglas production function,it introduces the elements of technological progress caused by intellectual property rights,establishes a model between capital stock,labor input and intellectual property rights and economic growth,studies the impact of intellectual property rights on economic growth in Gansu Province,and reveals the key factors that restrict their contribution to economic growth in Gansu Province in the intellectual property system.The study finds that intellectual property significantly promoted economic growth in Gansu Province and contributed much more to economic growth than labor,closely following the contribution of capital to economic growth.But the development of intellectual property system in Gansu Province is not balanced,among which the weak ability of intellectual property application and the lag of service system are the most prominent problems.Finally,based on the results of empirical analysis,the paper puts forward relevant countermeasures and suggestions.
