摘要
目前使用垃圾集中箱时需要人工打包,不仅费时费力,而且易感染细菌病毒,因此课题组设计了基于单片机控制的新型热熔封口垃圾自动打包装置。根据垃圾集中箱的功能要求,课题组设计了基于齿轮和同步带组合传动方式的开盖和打包机械结构;采用了发热芯作为热熔断的装置;采用了真空吸气式自动套装垃圾袋的方式;设计了基于单片机的自动感应开盖、自动封口和热熔断的控制系统。实物样机的运行结果表明:该装置结构紧凑,运行稳定可靠。新型装置满足社区、商场和医院等场所的垃圾分类管理和集中处理的需要。
In view of the problems of using garbage collection containers,such as manual packing,which is timeconsuming and laborious,and easy to be infected by viruses,a new type of hot-melt sealing garbage automatic packaging device based on single-chip microcomputer control was designed.According to the function requirements of garbage collection containers,the structure of the opening cover and packaging machine based on the combined transmission mode of gear and synchronous belt was designed,and the heating core was adopted as the hot-melt-broken device.The control system with automatic induction cover opening,automatic sealing and hot fusing based on single chip microcomputer was designed.The running results of the prototype show that the structure of the device is compact and the operation is stable and reliable.The designed device is suitable for the classified management and centralized treatment of garbage in communities,shopping malls,hospitals,etc.
