摘要
应用项目全寿命周期理论分析既有多层住宅建筑增设电梯项目的费用构成,并考虑增设电梯带来的预期收益,构建增设电梯费用估算-分摊-补偿模型,并对模型进行实例验证,以期平衡住户之间的利益诉求,推动既有多层住宅建筑增设电梯项目顺利实施。
This paper analyzes the cost composition of adding elevators to existing multi-storey residential buildings by applying the theory of project life cycle considering the expected benefits of adding elevators.Constructs a trinity model of estimating,allocating and compensating the cost of adding elevators and validates it with an example,so as to balance the interests of the residents and promote the smooth implementation of the existing multi-storey residential buildings adding elevator project.
