摘要
在遭遇大暴雨洪水时,水文部门需要向防汛决策部门提供科学依据和关键数据。为了准确计算区域范围内河道、水库、蓄水区等水域的库容,介绍了如何通过编程批量处理三角网数据以生成某个范围内各水位对应的库容文件,并生成某个水位对应的区域范围线。本计算方法数据处理过程方便快捷,既可控制excel软件生成相关成果数据文件,也可编程截图保存软件界面的指定范围,做到数据、图形处理完美结合,效果较好,可为水文部门在防汛决策中提供技术支持。
In the event of heavy rainstorm and flood,hydrological departments need to provide scientific basis and key data to flood prevention decision-making departments.In order to accurately calculate the storage capacity of rivers,reservoirs,water storage areas and water areas in the region,this paper mainly focuses on how to generate the storage capacity file corresponding to each water level in a certain region by programming batch processing the triangular network data,and generate the regional range line corresponding to a certain water level.This method is very convenient and fast in data processing.It can not only control excel software to generate relevant achievement data files,but also program screenshots to save the specified scope of the software interface,so as to achieve the perfect combination of data and graphics processing,which can provide technical support for the hydrological de⁃partment in flood prevention decision-making.
