机器人听觉系统中的低功耗拾音器设计与研究

摘要 听觉系统是机器人最主要的信息输入之一,其获取的声音质量直接决定了机器人执行的效果。低功耗则是电源受限机器人的首要需求。提出了一种基于高集成度核心主控芯片的低功耗拾音器,其中高集成度核心主控芯片是整个系统的核心,不仅完成了声音信号的高质量处理,而且实现了整个系统的控制、供电、时钟生成等功能。提出的低功耗拾音器具有体积小、功耗低、拾音质量好的特点。经实测,低功耗拾音器的平均工作功耗为6.9 mW,体积约为3.5 cm3,其声音质量较独立麦克风提升约14 dB。 Auditory system is one of the most important information inputs of robots.The received sound quality directly determines the effect of robot behaviors.Low power consumption is the primary requirement of power-limited robots.This paper proposes a low-power pickup based on high-integration core chip.The high-integration core chip is the core part of the whole pickup,which not only completes the high quality processing of received sound signal,but also realizes the system control,power management,clock generation and other functions of the whole system.This proposal has the advantages of small size,low power consumption and high sound quality.The experimental results show that the average power consumption of the proposal is 6.9 mW,and the size is about 3.5 cm3.Finally,the signal noise ratio of our proposal is about 14 dB higher than that of single microphone.
