摘要
以时间阶段为线,梳理了新冠肺炎疫情前、初、中项目管理具体实务,对疫情持续发展阶段提出了管理策略,以期更好地指导后续工作。"一带一路"背景下,高职院校留学生有强烈的就业趋向动机,南非进修留学生重实习项目。新冠肺炎疫情期间学业期待的不能实现,出行、饮食等受限的复合使留学生情绪波动较大。管理工作需要以"诊改"核心理念为指导,做到事前预防管理、事中快速响应、事后积极分析反馈,以期所有来华留学项目的持续良好发展,每个高校留学生团队成为中国"抗疫"故事的撰写者。
This paper comprehensively combs the specific project management practices on South African student project under the outbreak of the COVID-19.The specific management strategies were put forward to better guide the follow-up work.Under the background of the"Belt and Road"Initiative,overseas students who study in higher vocational colleges have strong motivation for employment.The South African students in our school have the prominent feature of emphasizing the internship program.Their academic expectations cannot be realized during the the COVID-19 epidemic period.The combination of access control,diet,entertainment and other restrictions makes the international students’mood fluctuate greatly.Guided by the core concept of"diagnosis and improvement",for the continued good development of all overseas study programs in China and every college with overseas students become the writer of China’s"anti-epidemic"story,we should pursue preventive management in advance,rapid response in the process,and positive analysis and feedback afterwards.
