摘要
建筑工程高质量实现科学化监督管理对于整体上提升工程项目建设水平,促使工程成本实现有效控制,为建筑施工企业实现长效、稳定发展奠定了重要基础。在质量建设和实现过程中,强化质量监督工作对于实际落实起着非常重要的作用。本文针对当前建筑工程质量监督存在的问题进行分析,从政府角度出发,旨在提出相关的改进措施,为实际工程质量监督管理工作向着科学化的方向落实奠定重要基础。
The scientific and high quality supervision and management of construction project can improve the construction level of the project as a whole,promote the effective control of the project cost,and lay an important foundation for the long-term and stable development of the construction enterprise.In the process of quality construction and implementation,strengthening quality supervision plays a very important role in the actual implementation.Based on the analysis on the existing problems in the current construction quality supervision,from the perspective of the government,this paper aims to put forward relevant improvement measures to lay an important foundation for the implementation of the actual project quality supervision and management towards the scientific direction.
