赤峰地区大豆胞囊线虫发生规律分析 被引量:1

摘要 【目的】大豆胞囊线虫是危害大豆生产的主要病害之一,我国的东北、内蒙古和黄淮海地区发生较多,严重制约赤峰地区大豆产业的发展,一般可使大豆减产30%~50%甚至绝收。只有掌握了本地区大豆胞囊线虫发生规律,探索无毒、无公害、无污染、无残留的生态、绿色、有效的低成本解决方案,才是赤峰地区大豆产业健康发展的根本途径。【方法】通过在多年定位的试验地块进行大豆连作种植,采用田间计数法,计算根上胞囊数量并对当季测产。【结果】2014—2019年的大豆连作期间,随着大豆连作年限的增加,胞囊线虫发生强度逐年增加,大豆生长受到抑制,产量逐年降低,最高减产幅度达到44.43%。但在大豆连作第7年(2020年)时,胞囊线虫发生强度呈断崖式下降,产量也随之恢复。【意义】掌握了赤峰地区大豆胞囊线虫的发生规律,为下一步引入定殖其天敌真菌或选育抗病品种进行无毒、无污染、无公害、无残留防治提供依据。 [Purposes]Soybean Cyst Nematode(SCN)is one of the main diseases harming the soybean production,which occurs more frequently in Northeast China,Inner Mongolia and Huanghuaihai Area,and seriously restricts the development of the soybean industry in Chifeng.Generally,the soybean yield can be reduced by 30%50%or even with no harvest.Only by mastering the occurrence law of Soybean Cyst Nematode in this region,and exploring the ecologically and organically effective lowcost solutions without toxicity,pollution,and residue,is the fundamental way for the healthy development of the soybean industry in Chifeng area found.[Methods]Through the analysis of the occurrence regularity of Soybean Cyst Nematode in Chifeng area,the study was conducted.[Findings]It was found that during the continuous cropping period of 20142019,with the increase of continuous cropping years,the occurrence intensity of soybean cyst nematode increased year by year,the growth of soybean was inhibited,and the yield decreased year by year,and the highest yield reduction rate reached 44.43%.However,in the seventh year(2020)of the soybean continuous cropping,the occurrence intensity of cyst nematode decreased sharply,and the yield also recovered.[Significances]The occurrence regularity of Soybean Cyst Nematode in Chifeng was mastered,which provided basis for introducing and colonizing its natural enemy fungi or breeding resistant varieties for nontoxic,pollutionfree,and residuefree control.
