摘要
髋臼骨折是临床处理较为困难的骨折类型之一,其中尤其以涉及到方形区的骨折更为棘手。多位学者开始尝试对髋臼方形区骨折进行独立分型,并由于其解剖结构的特殊性,设计出专门或特定的内固定器械进行固定。现就临床上针对涉及髋臼方形区骨折分型和手术治疗进展作一综述。
Acetabular fracture is one of the most difficult fracture types to manage clinically,especially those involving the quadrilateral area.Therefore,many scholars have begun to try to classify the quadrilateral area fracture independently.And many special or specific internal fixation devices have been designed to fix it due to its special anatomy.This article aims to make a review about the fracture classification and surgical treatment for acetabular fractures involving the quadrilateral area.
