摘要
加大创新思维在建筑工程管理中的应用,能有效地促进企业转型,优化企业资源形式,提升企业核心竞争能力。本文在阐述创新思维对建筑工程管理影响的同时,基于创新思维提出价值工程管理理念,并指出在价值工程管理这一创新思维下,建筑工程管理的策略和实际应用情况,期望能进一步提升价值工程创新思维在建筑工程管理中的应用效果,进而在保证企业经济效益的同时,促进建筑工程企业的有序发展。
Increasing the application of innovative thinking in construction project management can effectively promote enterprise transformation,optimize the form of enterprise resources,and enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises.While expounding the impact of innovative thinking on construction engineering management,this paper proposes the concept of value engineering management based on innovative thinking,and points out that under the innovative thinking of value engineering management,construction engineering management strategies and practical applications are expected to further enhance the application effect of innovative thinking in construction engineering management,thereby promoting the orderly development of construction engineering enterprises while ensuring the economic benefits of the enterprises.
