摘要
以瓶盖塑件为研究对象,依据塑件结构特点和工艺要求,设计了一模二腔的三板式自动脱螺纹模具。为实现瓶盖塑件内螺纹的成型,设计选用了以液压马达为动力的自动脱螺纹机构;为满足瓶盖塑件的工艺要求,设计了循环冷却水路;为实现塑件挂绳孔和手柄槽结构的成型,设计选用以液压缸为动力的哈夫块抽芯机构;为保证瓶盖塑件的表面质量,选择了点浇口的浇注系统;为实现塑件的脱模,设计选用了推杆推出机构。同时,叙述了完整的模具运动过程,且绘制了注射模装配图。整套注射模的结构设计合理,实际生产精度高,完全满足产品的要求。
Taking the plastic part of the bottle cap as the research object,a three-plate automatic thread removal mould with one mould and two cavities was designed according to the structural characteristics and the technological requirements of the plastic part.In order to realize the forming of the inner thread of the plastic part of bottle caps,an automatic thread removing mechanism powered by the hydraulic motor was designed.For the technological requirements of the plastic part,a circulating cooling water channel was designed.The Haff block core-pulling mechanism powered by the hydraulic cylinder was designed to realize the forming of the hanging rope hole and the handle groove of the plastic part.The injection system of point gate was selected and designed to ensure the surface quality of the plastic bottle cap.The push-rod push-out mechanism was selected and designed to realize the demoulding of plastic parts.The complete movement process of the mould was introduced,and the assembly drawing of injection mould was drawn.The structural design is reasonable and the actual production precision is high,which completely meets the requirements of the product.
