摘要
介绍了一种汽车车门铰链安装板冲压模具的应用,通过对汽车车门铰链安装板冲压工艺及模具结构的分析,设计了一套一出二的冲压生产工艺及冲压模具来完成生产,由卷料自动进给实现冲压零件的自动化生产,大大提高了生产效率,降低了模具工装的冲次及人工费用。通过冲压模具在线生产验证,本冲压工艺及模具保证了产品对精度及品质的要求。
The application of a stamping die for the hinge mounting plate of automobile door was introduced.By analyzing the stamping process and die structure of hinge mounting plate,a set of two out of one stamping production technology and stamping die were designed to complete the production,and the automatic production of stamping parts was realized by automatic feeding of coiled material,which greatly improved the production efficiency and reduced the punching times and labor cost.Through the online production verification of stamping die,the stamping process and die guarantee the precision and quality requirements of products.
