摘要
目的通过卵巢颗粒细胞瘤研究文献的计量分析,探讨国内外该领域的研究现状及未来发展趋势。方法以Web of Science数据库及中国学术期刊出版总库的文献资料为数据源,利用CiteSpace可视化文献分析工具,对1998年—2018年卵巢颗粒细胞瘤研究的相关文献从发文量、发文国家、发文机构、关键词、作者群体、载文期刊及文献被引频次方面进行分析。结果卵巢颗粒细胞瘤研究文献数量总体呈上升态势,外文文献数量增加更为明显;美国在该领域研究有着较强的国际学术影响力;相比国外科研机构,国内科研机构及学术团队之间的合作交流相对匮乏;外文文献研究热点主要集中于癌变、内分泌、病理及生物化学等方面,而中文文献侧重于治疗方案及影像学诊断等方面。结论内分泌激素、诊疗规范及预后相关因素为未来该领域的重要研究方向。
Objective To explore the research status and future development of ovarian granulosa cell tumors at home and abroad.Methods Using the literature of Web of Science database and the Chinese Academic Journals Publishing Library as the data source,using CiteSpace as visualize document analysis tool,the relevant literatures on ovarian granulosa cell tumor from 1998 to 2018 were analyzed from the number of published literatures,issuing countries,issuing institutions,keywords,authors,publications,and citation frequency.Results The number of literatures on ovarian granulosa cell tumors generally increased,and the number of foreign literatures increased more significantly.The United States has strong international academic influence in the research field of ovarian granulosa cell tumors.Compared with foreign scientific research institutions,the cooperation and exchange between domestic scientific research institutions and academic teams are relatively scarce and needs to be strengthened in the future.Foreign literature research focuses on cancer,endocrine,pathology and biochemistry,while Chinese literature focuses on treatment options and imaging diagnosis.Conclusion Comprehensive research status at home and abroad,endocrine hormones,diagnostic criteria and prognostic factors are important research directions in the research field of ovarian granulosa cell tumor in the future.
