氢化铈的制备及其与高氯酸铵的反应特性

摘要 采用直接氢化法制备了氢化铈,利用硬脂酸(SA)对氢化铈进行表面安定处理。使用XRD、SEM等方法对氢化产物结构和表面形貌进行了表征。利用DSC研究了不同氧平衡的氢化铈与高氯酸铵(AP)复合活性材料的反应温度及反应热值。运用TG-MS和XRD手段对复合活性材料的反应产物进行了检测,并初步分析了氢化铈与AP的反应机理。结果表明:所制备的氢化铈为面心立方结构的CeH 2.73。安定性处理后,氢化铈表面形成一层完整的、油腻质感的包覆膜,显著提高了其在空气中的稳定性。零氧平衡的复合活性材料具有最佳的反应放热性能,其反应热值为3630 J·g-1。 Cerium hydride was prepared by direct hydrogenation method.The surface of cerium hydride was coated with stearic acid(SA).The structure and surface morphology of the hydrogenated products were characterized by XRD and SEM.Differential scanning calorimetry(DSC)was used to study the reaction temperature and calorific value of composite active materials with different oxygen balance.The reaction products of the composites were detected by TG-MS and XRD,and the reaction mechanism of cerium hydride with AP was preliminarily analyzed.The results show that the prepared cerium hydride is CeH 2.73 with a face centered cubic structure.After the shakedown treatment,the surface of cerium hydride forms a complete and greasy coating film,which greatly improves its stability in the air.The zero oxygen equilibrium composite active material has the best reaction heat release performance,and its reaction calorific value is 3630 J·g-1.
