摘要
消弧器可以有效消除电磁轨道炮弹丸出炮口后轨道内的残存电能,对提高轨道抗烧蚀性能具有重要意义。为准确分析弹丸出炮口瞬间消弧器的电磁特性,建立包含消弧器的电磁轨道炮发射电路模型,以发射器匹配合适的电气参数来指导消弧器设计。基于分流方式设计某被动式炮口消弧器,建立消弧器与轨道的数值仿真模型,利用有限元分析方法对消弧器在弹丸出炮口瞬间的电磁特性进行模拟,数据结果表明消弧器各电磁特性良好,结构设计合理。基于有限元的消弧器电磁特性仿真为其结构设计提供一种新技术方案。
The arc suppressor can effectively eliminate the residual electric energy in rail after the electromagnetic rail projectile exits the muzzle, this is of great significance to improve the anti-ablation performance of the rail. In order to accurately analyze the electromagnetic characteristics of arc suppressor at the moment when the projectile exits the muzzle, an electromagnetic rail-gun firing circuit model including the arc suppressor was established and used to guide the design of arc suppressor by matching appropriate electrical parameters. A set of passive arc suppressor was designed based on the shunt mode, with the numerical simulation model of arc suppressor and rail established. Then the electromagnetic characteristics of the arc suppressor at the moment when the projectile exits the muzzle was simulated with the finite element analytical method. The data results show that the electromagnetic characteristics of the arc suppressor are compatible with the rail-gun and the structure design is reasonable, and providing a new technical scheme for the structure design of arc suppressor in the future in terms of the electromagnetic characteristics of arc suppressor based on the finite element.
