无磷水处理方案在炼油循环水系统的应用 被引量:4

摘要 四川石化第五循环水场为炼油循环水系统,根据补充水水质及系统特点,选用无磷水处理方案。在系统回用水利用率达到30%~40%,日常运行浓缩倍数控制在4~5倍的条件下,无磷水处理方案可达到良好的防腐、阻垢、微生物控制效果,对油类泄漏等应急处理高效、及时,保障了各生产装置长周期稳定运行,社会、经济和环境效益良好。 The fifth recirculating cooling water system of Sichuan Petrochemical Company served as an oil refining circulating water system.The non-phosphorus program was selected for cooling water treatment according to supple-mentary water quality and system characteristics.Under the condition that the utilization rate of recycled water in the system reached 30%-40%,and the concentration ratio of daily operation was controlled at 4-5 times,the non-pho-sphorus water treatment program can achieve good anti-corrosion,scale inhibition,microbial control effects and timely disposed the emergency treatment such as oil leakage.The non-phosphorus program had ensured long period and sta-ble operation of all process units,and got good economic and social environmental benefits.
