区间值犹豫模糊环境下的多属性群决策理论应用研究 被引量:11

摘要 文章把多属性群决策问题中的属性数据通过模型转化为区间值犹豫模糊数,在区间值犹豫模糊环境下解决多属性群决策问题.决策步骤以教师教学评价为例作了详细陈述.①将每位教学督导给授课教师的评价分数转化为区间数,以区间数边界值作为教师得分可能隶属度高低值,教师每个教学因素得分值由区间数对构成,也即区间值犹豫模糊元;②建立区间值犹豫模糊元得分函数模型,并计算区间值犹豫模糊元得分函数值;③利用区间数排序准则对区间值犹豫模糊元得分函数值进行两两测度,通过统计测度结果对教师教学水平进行排序,排序结果说明了该决策理论在教师教学评价当中应用的有效性. The attribute data in the multi-attribute group decision making problem are transformed into interval-valued hesitating fuzzy numbers through the model,and the problem is solved under the environment of interval-valued hesitating fuzzy.The decision-making process is illustrated with the example of teaching evaluation.First of all,the evaluation score from each education supervisor on the teacher is converted into interval number,and the interval number boundary value is taken as the value of teacher s score which may have high or low membership degree.The score value of each teaching factor is composed of interval number pairs,namely interval value hesitating fuzzy element.Secondly,the score function model of interval valued hesitating fuzzy element is established and the value of score function is calculated.Finally,the interval number ranking criterion is used to measure the score function of interval value hesitating fuzzy element in pairs,and the teacher s teaching level is ranked by statistical measure results.The ranking results show the effectiveness of the decision theory in teaching evaluation of teachers.
