摘要
对某发电公司基建机组380 V电气开关操作指令系统响应时间过长的事件进行了处理问题的处理过程,分析了响应时间长的原因和解决方法。通过重新分配控制器中组态点和打包点的任务分区、调整任务分区扫描周期、优化综保装置控制系统逻辑的方法,解决了采用现场总线通信电气开关操作指令时间过长的问题。
This paper introduces the treatment process for the problem of longer response time of 380 V electric switch operation instruction system of infrastructure construction unit of Huanggang Dabieshan Power Generation Co.,Ltd.,and analyzes the causes and solutions of longer response time.Through re-distributing the task partitions of configuration points and packaging points in controller,adjusting task partition scanning cycle,and optimizing control system logic of comprehensive protection device,the problem of longer response time of electric switch operation instruction when adopting field bus communication is solved.
