摘要 传统鼓式制动器因为摩擦面积较大,摩擦效能较好,但散热困难、自身重量大且容易出现热衰退现象。为了解决传统鼓式制动器散热问题,借鉴盘式制动器结构简单的优点设计了一种新型鼓式制动器。采用ANSYS Workbench软件对设计的新型鼓式制动器进行了结构分析,结果表明其散热速度和制动效能均优于传统鼓式制动器,是新型制动器研发的有益探索。 Due to the large friction area,traditional drum brakes have better friction efficiency,but they have difficulty in dissipating heat,have a large weight and are prone to thermal degradation.In order to solve the heat dissipation problem of traditional drum brakes,a new type of drum brake was designed based on the advantages of the simple structure of disc brakes.Using ANSYS Workbench software to analyze the structure of the designed new drum brake,the results show that its heat dissipation speed and braking efficiency are better than traditional drum brakes,which is a useful exploration for the development of new brakes.
