摘要
为实现四电机涂布卷绕生产设备的恒速、恒张力运行,论文针对涂布卷绕系统要求各环节同步运行的特性首次提出并设计了综合采用速度补偿控制策略与分数阶PID控制器的四电机涂布卷绕控制方法。首先构建了四电机涂布卷绕控制系统数学模型,在此基础上,将系统各环节负载输出线速度通过速度补偿器整定并将整定结果反馈至分数阶PID控制器对系统进行控制。仿真结果表明,所设计四电机涂布卷绕控制方法能够使系统各驱动环节迅速响应,并且在出现稳态波动时降低各环节之间速度差,减小张力变化。该方法完全适用于多电机涂布卷绕系统。
In order to realize the constant speed and constant tension for four motor coated winding production equipment,a four-motor coated winding control method based on control strategy of speed compensation and fractional-order PID controller is pro⁃posed creatively in this paper,aiming at characteristic of synchronous operation of all links in coated winding system.Firstly,the mathematical model of the four-motor coated winding control system is constructed.Secondly,the linear speed of load output in each link of the system is adjusted by speed compensator,and the result is fed back to fractional order PID controller to control the system.The simulation results show that the designed four-motor coating winding control method can make the driving links of the system respond quickly,and reduce the speed difference between the links and the tension change when the steady-state fluctuation occurs.This method is completely applicable to multi-motor coated winding system.
