摘要 为研究表面粗糙度对动压轴承特性参数的影响,引入高斯分布,以随机粗糙模型为基础建立计入粗糙表面影响的动压轴承特性模型,采用有限差分法对模型进行联立求解,得到了油膜承载力、刚度系数、阻尼系数等特性参数随表面粗糙度改变的数值,着重分析了表面粗糙度对最小油膜厚度的影响。计算结果表明,动压轴承工作在小偏心率下时,表面粗糙度增大对轴承特性参数影响不大;大偏心率下,表面粗糙度增大会使油膜承载力增加,失稳转速降低,同时油膜厚度减小至临界值,极易产生磨损。文章对合理选取动压轴承表面粗糙度有参考价值。 In order to study the influence of surface roughness on the characteristic parameters of hydrodynamic journal bearing,Gaussian distribution was introduced,the hydrodynamic journal bearing characteristic model with the influence of rough surface was built based on the stochastic rough model,the bearing capacity,stiffness coefficient and damping coefficient of the oil film were obtained by solving the theoretical model with finite difference method.The influence of surface roughness on the minimum oil film thickness is analyzed emphatically.The results show that the increase of surface roughness has little effect on the bearing characteristic parameters when the hydrodynamic journal bearing works under the small eccentricity;under the large eccentricity,the increase of the surface roughness will make the oil film bearing capacity increased,the instability speed reduced,the thickness of the oil film is reduced to the critical value,and it is easy to produce the wear.The article has a reference value for the reasonable selection of surface roughness of hydrodynamic journal bearing.
