摘要 利用有限元软件COMSOL建立了有限长周期性局域共振结构的仿真模型,并分析了结构和材料参数变化对于其声学性能的影响。首先,通过与已有文献中基于集中质量法的结果对比,验证了基于有限元法的周期性局域共振单元带隙图的准确性;然后,分析了在不同厚度,空腔存在,损耗因子等参数变化对于有限长二维三组元局域共振结构声学性能的影响。结果表明:(1)对于在带隙频率范围内的平面波,有限长局域共振结构仍能反射绝大部分声能量;(2)随着晶胞个数的增加,有限长局域共振结构的反射系数峰值范围会越来越接近无限大周期结构带隙频率范围;(3)空腔的存在和损耗因子的变化会改变原有结构的共振特性,从而影响了结构的声学性能。 In this work,the simulation model of finite length periodic local resonance structures was established with finite element software COMSOL and the influence of the structure and material parameters on the acoustic performance was analyzed.Firstly,the accuracy of this model has been verified by comparing the band gap of the infinite periodic structure based on FEM and the result of the previous literature based on lumped-mass method(LM).Then,the influence of different length,hole existence and loss factor on the acoustic performance of two-dimensional finite length periodic structures with three components was analyzed.The results show:(1)The finite length periodic structures reflect most of plane waves in the band gap frequency range;(2)With the increase of the length,the reflection coefficient peak values of finite periodic structures will be closer to the band gap frequency range of the infinite periodic structures;(3)The existence of cavity and the changes of loss factor will influence the resonance characteristics of the original structure,which will affect the acoustic performance of the structure.
