摘要 线控转向系统通过导线传递控制信号,取消了传统转向系统的机械连接,是未来汽车转向的发展趋势。研究线控转向系统的稳定性条件及整车操纵稳定性相关问题,对于线控转向系统参数设计具有重要意义。其难点在于如何对线控转向系统的稳定性进行评估,进一步研究其对整车操纵稳定性的影响。针对所选取的线控转向系统利用Lyapunov稳定性理论求解出系统稳定性条件。然后,将车辆动力学仿真软件Carsim与matlab/simulink结合构建了带有线控转向系统的整车模型。最后,在系统各部分取值合理稳定的前提下,分析了整车操纵稳定与线控转向系统关键参数的关系。仿真结果表明,线控转向系统对整车操纵稳定性影响明显,可通过改变线控转向系统参数提高车辆操纵稳定性。 The steer by wire system transmits the control signal through the wire,cancelling the mechanical connection of the traditional steering system.It is the trend of future automotive steering.Studying the stability conditions of the steer by wire system and the related issues of vehicle handling stability are of great significance for the parameter design of the steer by wire system.The difficulty lies in how to evaluate the stability of the steer by wire system,and then to study the operation stability of the vehicle model.The stability conditions of the system are solved by using the Lyapunov stability theory for the selected steer by wire system.Then,the vehicle Dynamics simulation software Carsim and Matlab/simulink are used to establish the whole vehicle model with the steer by wire system.Finally,the influence of the key parameters of the steer by wire system on the vehicle handling stability is studied under the premise of reasonable and stable value of the system.The results show that the steer by wire system has obvious influence on the control stability of the vehicle,and the reasonable design of the steer by wire parameter is propitious to the improvement of vehicle handling stability.
