摘要
道路不平引起的振动激励是造成长途运输装备及其内置物品损坏的重要因素之一。基于此,根据装备运输振动试验的要求,设计了适合装备运输振动试验的硬件平台,针对功率谱迭代校正效果不佳的情况提出了一种改进的测试技术,并在设定的环境下验证了振动测试系统的有效性,从而为优化装备整体架构设计、提高产品可靠性提供借鉴。
Vibration excitation caused by uneven road is one of the important factors causing damage to long-distance transportation equipment and its built-in items.According to the requirements of equipment transportation vibration test,this paper designs a hardware platform suitable for equipment transportation vibration test,and proposes an improved test technology for the poor power spectrum iterative correction effect.Finally,the effectiveness of the vibration test system is verified in the set environment,so as to provide reference for optimizing the overall equipment architecture design and improving product reliability.
