摘要
目的:探讨纳米银粒子在牙本质树脂粘接材料中的抗菌活性。方法:常温条件下,将平均粒径为20 nm的银粒子按照不同比例加入牙本质树脂粘接材料中,分别制备成纳米银粒子质量百分比为0(阴性对照组)、0.5%(实验1组)、1.0%(实验2组)、1.5%(实验3组)、2.0%(实验4组)、3.0%(实验5组)、4.0%(实验6组)、5.0%(实验7组)的牙本质粘接树脂试件,每组各15个。试件经高温灭菌后,分别感染制备好的乳酸杆菌、变形链球菌、牙龈卟啉单胞菌、白色念珠菌、粘性放线菌菌液,恒温培养后,测定试件表面活菌数,计算抗菌率,评价抗菌活性。结果:实验1~7组试件表面5种细菌的菌落数均显著低于阴性对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),且随着纳米银粒子质量百分比的增加,实验1~7组试件表面菌落数呈递减趋势,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验1~3组5种细菌的抗菌率绝大多数未超过90%,抗菌效果一般;实验5~7组5种细菌的抗菌率均超过98%,抗菌效果极强,但组间抗菌率比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:纳米银粒子用于牙本质树脂粘接材料中抗菌效果理想,特别是当质量百分比≥3.0时,抗菌活性高,可以显著抑制树脂表面细菌滋生,因此单从抗菌角度来看,建议将3.0%作为纳米银粒子最佳添加比。
Objective:To study the antibacterial activity of nano silver particles in dentin resin bonding materials.Method:At room temperature,the silver particles with an average particle size of 20nm were added to the dentin resin bonding material in different proportions,and the nano silver particles were prepared as 0 (negative control group),0.5% (experiment 1 group),Dentin of 1.0% (experiment 2 group),1.5% (experiment 3 group),2.0% (experiment 4 group),3.0% (experiment 5 group),4.0% (experiment 6 group),5.0% (experiment 7 group) Bonded resin test pieces,15 cases in each group.After high temperature sterilization,the test piece was infected with the prepared lactobacillus,Streptococcus mutans,Porphyromonas gingivalis,Candida albicans,viscous actinomycetes,after constant temperature cultivation,the number of viable bacteria on the surface of the test piece was determined.Calculate the antibacterial rate and evaluate the antibacterial activity.Result:The number of colonies of 5 kinds of bacteria on the surface of the test specimens of the experimental 1-7 groups were significantly lower than those of the negative control group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05),and as the mass percentage of nano silver particles increased,the number of colonies on the surface of the pieces of the experimental 1-7 groups showed a decreasing trend,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The antibacterial rate of the five kinds of bacteria in the experiment 1-3 groups were mostly not more than 90%,and the antibacterial effect were average.The antibacterial rate of the five kinds of bacteria in the experiment 5-7 groups were more than 98%,the antibacterial effect were extremely strong,but there were no significant differences in antibacterial rate between groups (P>0.05).Conclusion:Nano silver particles are ideal for use in dentin resin bonding materials.Especially when the mass percentage is ≥3.0,the antibacterial activity is high,which can significantly inhibit the growth of bacteria on the resin surf
