摘要
目的:探讨德湿康联合庆大霉素治疗Ⅱ、Ⅲ期压疮患者的临床效果。方法:选取2016年5月-2018年6月在本院住院治疗的86例Ⅱ、Ⅲ期压疮患者,按照单双号将患者分为两组,单号为德湿康组,双号为联合组,各43例。德湿康组用安尔碘消毒后采用德湿康内敷治疗,联合组在德湿康组的基础上加用庆大霉素溶液治疗。比较两组的治疗效果、完全愈合时间、残留创面面积以及肉芽生长、出血、渗出、水肿、疼痛、瘢痕发生情况。结果:联合组的总有效率为95.35%,高于德湿康组的72.09%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗7 d后,联合组的肉芽生长、渗出、疼痛评分均低于德湿康组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。联合组完全愈合时间短于德湿康组,残留创面面积小于德湿康组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。联合组的瘢痕发生率为58.14%,低于德湿康组的81.39%,联合组的平均瘢痕面积小于德湿康组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用德湿康联合庆大霉素治疗Ⅱ、Ⅲ期压疮患者,效果显著,可促进肉芽发育,改善患者疼痛情况,缩短愈合时间,减少瘢痕的发生,值得临床推广应用。
Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of Deshikang combined with gentamicin in the treatment of patients with stage Ⅱ and Ⅲ pressure ulcers.Method:A total of 86 patients with stage Ⅱ and Ⅲ pressure ulcers who were hospitalized in our hospital from May 2016 to June 2018 were selected,patients were divided into two groups according to odd and even numbers,the single number was Deshikang group,and the double number was combined group,with 43 patients in each group.The Deshikang group was treated with Deshikang internal application after disinfection with Aner Iodine,and the combination group was treated with Gentamicin Solution on the basis of the Deshikang group.The treatment effect,complete healing time,residual wound area and the occurrence of granulation growth,bleeding,exudation,edema,pain,and scar were compared between the two groups.Result:The total effective rate of the combined group was 95.35%,higher than 72.09% of the Deshikang group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).After 7 d of treatment,granulation growth,exudation and pain scores of the combined group were all lower than those of the Deshikang group,the differences were all statistically significant (P<0.05).The total healing time of the combined group was shorter than that of the Deshikang group,and the residual wound area was smaller than that of the Deshikang group,with statistically significant differences (P<0.05).The incidence of scar in the combined group was 58.14%,which was lower than 81.39% in Deshikang group,the average scar area in the combined group was smaller than that in Deshikang group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:Deshikang combined with gentamicin in the treatment of patients with stage Ⅱ and Ⅲ pressure ulcers has a significant effect,it can promote granulation development,improve patients’ pain,shorten healing time,and reduce the occurrence of scars,it is worthy of clinical application.
