摘要
[目的]编制安宁疗护护士核心能力问卷,并检验其信效度。[方法]根据身心灵理论的内涵,在质性研究的基础上综合文献回顾的内容形成问卷的条目池,通过两轮德尔菲专家函询形成测试版问卷,使用该问卷及一般资料调查表对全国20个省、自治区、直辖市246名安宁疗护护士进行调查,得到246份数据,进行项目分析及问卷的信效度检验。[结果]探索性因子分析提取出伦理照护能力、临床实践能力、自我心理调适能力3个公因子,累计方差贡献率达83.522%,得到32个条目的问卷,条目水平的内容效度指数为0.833~1.000,量表水平的内容效度指数为0.911。问卷总的Cronbach′sα系数为0.980,折半信度为0.907,重测信度为0.959。[结论]安宁疗护护士核心能力问卷具备良好的信度及效度,可用于安宁疗护护士的核心能力测评。
Objective:To develop a core competency questionnaire for hospice nurses and test its reliability and validity.Methods:According to the connotation of the theory of body,mind,and spirit,and based on qualitative research,the item pool of the questionnaire was formed by comprehensively reviewing the contents of the literature.The test version of the questionnaire was formed through tworound experts′consults by the Delphi method.A total of 246 hospice nurses in 20 provinces(autonomous regions,municipalities)across the country were conducted the survey and 246 pieces of results were obtained for project analysis and the reliability and validity test of the questionnaire.Results:The exploratory factor analysis extracted 3 common factors:ethical care ability,clinical practice ability,and self-psychological adjustment ability.The cumulative variance contribution rate reached 83.522%.A questionnaire with 32 items was established,and the content validity index(CVI)of the item level was 0.833~1.000 and the scale level was 0.911.The total Cronbach′sαcoefficient of the questionnaire was 0.980,the half-reliability was 0.907,and the test-retest reliability was 0.959.Conclusions:The core competence questionnaire for hospice nurses had good reliability and validity,which could be used to evaluate the core competence of hospice nurses.
