摘要
海丰166是以花培品系“T1042”为母本、自交系“T1063-2”为父本配制的大果型甜椒杂交一代。其主要植物学特性为中早熟偏长方灯笼形,始花节位9~10节,果面光滑有光泽,着色均匀,果实方正饱满,四心室果率高,果实纵径11~13 cm,果横径8~10 cm,果肉厚0.60~0.70 cm,单果质量240~320 g,果实Vc平均含量676 mg/kg(FW),可溶性糖含量0.20%,蛋白质含量0.89%。植株长势强,茎杆略披毛,连续坐果能力强。中抗CMV和疫病、抗TMV。品种比较试验结果表明,海丰166平均每667 m^2前期鲜椒产量为1896.5 kg,比对照品种中椒107增产3.53%,比海丰16号增产8.35%;平均每667 m^2鲜椒总产量为5194.0 kg,比对照品种中椒107增产6.93%,比海丰16号增产11.26%,差异达到显著水平。在不同地区的生产试验点中,海丰166平均每667 m^2鲜椒总产量为4465.6 kg,比对照海丰16号增产3.52%~13.42%,平均增产8.65%。适合北方早春、秋延后大棚和越冬温室以及广东、海南南菜北运基地露地栽培。
‘Haifeng 166’is a new large-fruit-type hybrid sweet pepper variety developed by crossing the female parent of‘T1042’generated by anther culture and the male parent of inbred line‘T1062-2’.Its first flower appears at the 9th-10th node.With long-lantern shape and smooth and bright surface,its fruit is 11~13 cm in length,8~10 cm in diameter,0.60~0.70 cm in flesh thickness,and 240~320 g in weight.The average contents of Vc,SSC,and protein in the fruits are 676 mg/kg(FW),0.20%,and 0.89%,respectively.It has strong vigor and continuous fruit-setting capacity.It exhibits medium resistance to CMV and phytophthora blight,high resistance to TMV.Variety-comparison experiments showed the early fresh fruit yield of‘Haifeng 166’was 1896.50 kg/667 m^2,which was increased by 3.53% and 8.35% compared with‘Zhongjiao 107’and‘Haifeng 16’,respectively.The average total yield of fresh fruits for‘Haifeng 166’was 5194.00 kg/667 m^2,which was increased by 6.93% and 11.26% compared with‘Zhongjiao 107’and‘Haifeng 16’,respectively.The experiments carried out in different regions demonstrated that the total yield of fresh fruits for‘Haifeng 166’was 4465.60 kg/667 m^2,which was increased by 3.52%~13.42% with the mean of 8.65% compared with the control.This variety is suitable for protected cultivation in early spring and late autumn in the Northern areas,as well as for open-filed cultivation in Guangdong and Hainan.
