摘要
配制不同含固量、黏度和表面张力的墨水,通过墨滴观测系统观察墨滴的形成过程,分析墨水的喷射性能。结果表明:随着墨水含固量的增加,主墨滴速度逐渐减小,对主墨滴体积几乎没有影响;随着墨水黏度的增加,主墨滴速度逐渐减小,对主墨滴体积影响不大;随着墨水表面张力的下降,主墨滴速度增加,主墨滴体积变小。
Inks with different solid content,viscosity and surface tension is prepared.The formation pro⁃cess of ink droplets is observed through the ink droplet observation system,and the jetting perfor⁃mance of the ink is analyzed.The results show that with the solid content of the ink increases,the speed of the main ink droplet gradually decreases,which has little effect on the volume of the main ink droplet.With the increase of ink viscosity,the speed of the main ink droplet gradually decreases,which has a little effect on the volume of the main ink drop.As the surface tension of the ink decreases,the speed of the main ink droplet increases and the volume of the main ink droplet becomes smaller.
