摘要
采用三种催化剂制备了有机硅压敏胶,并使用辊涂法制备了高速绕包用云母胶带,同时对其流变性能、剥离强度、挺度及耐火性能等进行了研究。研究结果表明:采用过氧化苯甲酰(BPO)作为催化剂进行交联的有机硅压敏胶,其相位角较小,复变黏度和复变模量较大,对压敏胶内聚力提升较为明显。采用A1100作为催化剂的有机硅压敏胶体系,初粘性较好,剥离强度较高;而采用A1120作为催化剂的有机硅压敏胶体系,初粘性较差,剥离强度较低。采用A1100催化的压敏胶体系,挺度值较小;采用BPO催化的压敏胶体系,挺度值较大。将BPO催化体系的压敏胶制备成云母胶带,绕包过程中云母胶带无分层、反黏造成断裂的现象。该云母胶带制成的电缆可以通过耐火测试。
Silicone pressure sensitive adhesive was prepared by three kinds of catalysts,and mica tape for high speed winding was prepared by roll coating method.The rheological properties,peel strength,stiffness and fire resistance of the tape were studied.The research results showed that the phase angle of silicone pressure sensitive adhesive crosslinked with benzoyl peroxide(BPO)was relatively small,the complex viscosity and complex modulus were quite large,and the cohesion of pressure sensitive adhesive was improved obviously.The silicone pressure sensitive adhesive system with A1100 as catalyst had good initial tack and high peel strength,while the silicone pressure sensitive adhesive system with A1120 as catalyst had poor initial tack and low peel strength.The stiffness value of pressure sensitive adhesive system catalyzed by A1100 was small,while the stiffness value of pressure sensitive adhesive system catalyzed by BPO was large.Mica tape was then prepared from pressure sensitive adhesive of BPO catalytic system,and there was no broken mica tape caused by delamination and abnormal adhesion in the process of winding.The cable made of mica tape could pass the fire resistance test.
