摘要 为了解决军、民用航空发动机燃烧室火焰筒头部加入更多空气参与燃烧而导致在地面慢车状态下贫油熄火性能变差的问题,广泛采用分级燃烧技术。分级燃烧相对常规燃烧室而言,其燃油或空气分别从不同位置进入燃烧室,在火焰筒内形成局部富油区,以提供足够的稳定边界。同心分级的值班级位于正中心,起到点燃与在发动机小功率状态下稳定火焰的作用。主燃级环绕于值班级外侧,油气混合物与值班级的油气混合物呈同心分布。根据其技术特点,油气匹配技术、燃油喷嘴热防护、燃烧室出口温度场控制、燃油系统供油控制等是研制中需要密切关注的关键技术。 In order to solve the problem that more air was added to the dome of liner of the military and civil aeroengine combustors to participate in the combustion,which led to the deterioration of the lean blowout performance in the ground idling,the staged combustion technology was widely used.Compared with the conventional combustor,the fuel or air entered the staged combustor from different positions and formed a local rich fuel zone in the liner to provide sufficient stable margins.The pilot stage of concentrically staging was located in the center,which ignited and stabilized the flame at sub-idle condition of the engine.The main stage was surrounded by the outer side of the pilot stage,and the mixture of the fuel and air for the two stages was set in the form of concentric circle.According to its technical characteristics,the fuel-air matching technology,fuel nozzle heat shield,outlet temperature pattern control and fuel supplying control of fuel system are the key technologies that need close attention in the development.
