摘要
实验在大学学段,将攻防教学法运用到武术--太极拳套路的教学中,并与武术传统教学法相比较,结合对高等专科学校武术课教学现状的分析,对24式太极拳攻防技术教学在大学学段开展的意义与应用进行探讨,并得出结论与建议。通过实验和数理分析表明:经过两个月的太极拳攻防技术教学,对实验组和对照组的92名同学进行太极拳的成绩考核,结果是实验组明显优于对照组,所以攻防教学法在武术--太极拳套路的教学中,优于传统教学法,能让学生更容易掌握太极拳,对教学质量有积极影响,能够让老师更快地完成教学任务。
In the university stage,the attack and defense teaching method was applied to the teaching of martial arts Taijiquan routine,and compared with the traditional teaching method of martial arts.Combined with the analysis of the current situation of martial arts teaching in Colleges and universities,the significance and application of 24 Style Taijiquan attack and Defense Technology Teaching in college stage were discussed,and the conclusions and suggestions were drawn.Experiments and mathematical analysis show that:after two months of Taijiquan attack and defense technology teaching,92 students in the experimental group and the control group were tested for Taijiquan scores.The results show that the experimental group is obviously better than the control group,so the attack and defense teaching method is used in the teaching of martial arts Taijiquan routines,Better than the traditional teaching method,can make students easier to master Taijiquan,has a positive impact on the quality of teaching,can make teachers faster to complete the task of teaching.
