摘要
以战略性新兴产业上市公司2016-2018年面板数据为有效样本,对技术创新在股权结构与企业绩效关系中的中介效应进行实证分析结果表明:股权集中度与企业绩效呈显著倒U型关系,与技术创新呈显著正U型关系;股权制衡度与技术创新、企业绩效均具有显著负相关关系;技术创新在股权集中度、股权制衡度与企业绩效关系中具有显著中介效应。
The panel data of listed companies in strategic emerging industries from 2016 to 2018 were taken as an effective sample.The mediating effect of technological innovation in the relationship between ownership structure and corporate performance was analyzed empirically.The results show that:there is a significant inverted u-shaped relationship between ownership concentration and corporate performance,and a significant positive u-shaped relationship between ownership concentration and technological innovation;the degree of ownership balance has a significant negative correlation with technological innovation and enterprise performance;technological innovation has a significant mediating effect on the relationship between ownership concentration,ownership balance and corporate performance.
