摘要
在对抽油机举升系统节能技术的分析研究基础上,论述了智能柔性控制技术的实现方式、技术核心和技术特点,并通过412口井的现场试验发现,与工频状况对比,平均单井系统效率提高了1.55%,抽油泵效提高4.2%,综合节电率高达24.1%,节能效果突出。同时,结合工艺适应性及单井生产特征,明确了该技术在冲次调整空间受限、间歇出液及电机负载率小于或等于30%的井中较为适用,并对经济效益进行了评价,预测投资回收期为1.7年。
Based on the analysis and research of energy-saving technology of pumping unit lifting system,this paper discusses the realization mode,technical core and technical characteristics of intelligent flexible control technology,and through the field test of 412 wells,it is found that compared with the power frequency situation,the average efficiency of single well system is increased by 1.55%,the efficiency of pumping pump is increased by 4.2%,and the comprehensive energy-saving rate is up to 24.1%,with outstanding energy-saving effect.At the same time,combined with process adaptability and single well production characteristics,it is clear that the technology is more suitable for wells with limited flushing adjustment space,intermittent liquid output and motor load rate≤30%,and the economic benefits are evaluated.The predicted investment recovery period is 1.7 years。
