基于汽车轻量化的碳纤维复合材料应用分析 被引量:19

摘要 汽车轻量化是汽车工业发展的一个必然趋势,也是"节能减排"的重要手段。碳纤维复合材料(CFRP)与传统的金属材料相比,具有质轻高强、耐腐抗震、制件设计灵活等一系列特点,是汽车轻量化的最理想材料。而CFRP广泛应用于汽车工业的前提,除了要注重材料性能与轻量化效果外还要追求低成本和高效率,同时考虑到汽车领域庞大用量所带来的报废处理问题。从低成本碳纤维技术、CFRP高效成型技术、CFRP在汽车中的应用现状和碳纤维的回收技术进行简要介绍。 Automobile lightweight is an inevitable trend in the development of automobile industry and also an important means of"energy saving and emission reduction".Compared with traditional metal materials,carbon fiber composite material(CFRP)has a series of characteristics,such as light weight,high strength,corrosion resistance and seismic resistance,flexible design of parts,etc.It is the most ideal material for automobile lightweight.CFRP is widely used in automobile industry,which should not only pay attention to material performance and lightweight effect,but also pursue low cost and high efficiency.At the same time,it also takes into account the problem of scrapping caused by the huge amount of automobile field.The low-cost carbon fiber technology,high-efficiency molding technology of CFRP,the application status of CFRP in automobile and the recovery technology of carbon fiber were briefly introduced.
