摘要
本试验采用6室并联毛皮动物开放呼吸回流式测热装置研究并计算冬毛生长期雄性水貂净能(NE)需要量,为我国水貂精细化养殖提供参考数据。本试验选取日龄、体重相近的健康雄性黑水貂30只,预试期7 d,使水貂适应试验饲粮,然后进行呼吸测热试验,呼吸测热试验共设3期,每期7 d,每期3个重复,每个重复2只水貂。每期呼吸测热试验开始前,将试验动物称重并从中选取6只水貂,每2只放进呼吸测热装置的1个代谢室内,代谢室内测定气体交换7 d,其中适应期1 d,正常代谢3 d,绝食代谢3 d。结果表明:1)水貂正常采食时代谢能摄入量(MEI)为755.69 kJ/(kg BW 0.75·d),产热量(HP)为526.31 kJ/(kg BW 0.75·d),生长净能(NE g)为229.00 kJ/(kg BW 0.75·d);绝食产热量(FHP)为489.75 kJ/(kg BW 0.75·d),NE需要量为718.75 kJ/(kg BW 0.75·d)。2)冬毛生长期水貂正常采食状态时氧气(O 2)消耗量为26.19 L/(kg BW 0.75·d),二氧化碳(CO 2)产出量为21.26 L/(kg BW 0.75·d),呼吸熵(RQ)为0.82。绝食状态时O 2消耗量为24.63 L/(kg BW 0.75·d),CO 2产出量为19.44 L/(kg BW 0.75·d),RQ为0.79。3)经MEI与沉积能(RE)建立的线性回归方程计算,维持净能(NE m)为493.20 kJ/(kg BW 0.75·d),维持代谢能(ME m)为519.80 kJ/(kg BW 0.75·d),能量转化效率(K m)为95.46%。经MEI与HP反对数建立的线性回归方程计算,NE m为474.24 kJ/(kg BW 0.75·d),ME m为514.00 kJ/(kg BW 0.75·d),K m为92.27%。综上所述,由开放式呼吸测热装置测得,体重为1.92~2.40 kg的冬毛生长期雄性水貂能量需要量为:ME m 514.00~519.80 kJ/(kg BW 0.75·d),NE m 474.24~493.20 kJ/(kg BW 0.75·d),NE g 229.00 kJ/(kg BW 0.75·d),NE 718.75 kJ/(kg BW 0.75·d);K m为92.27%~95.46%。
This experiment adopted open circuit respiratory calorimetry with 6 chambers in parallel for fur animal to analyze and calculate the net energy(NE)requirement of male minks during winter fur-growing period,and to provide more accurate data reference for mink industry in China.Thirty heathy male minks with similar days of age and body weight were selected and fed an experimental diet,an adaptation period of 7 d was used to adapt the experimental diet and then respiratory calorimetry test was carried out.In the test,three phases were set up,and each of which lasted for 7 d.There were 3 replicates in each phase and 2 minks in each replicate.After weighing each phase,6 minks were selected and each 2 minks were put into the respiration chambers.The gas exchange was measured in the metabolism chamber for 7 days.There were 1 d for adaptation,and 3 d for normal metabolism,and then 3 d for fasting metabolism.The results showed as followed:1)the metabolizable energy intake(MEI)was 755.69 kJ/(kg BW 0.75·d),heat production(HP)was 526.31 kJ/(kg BW 0.75·d),net energy for growth(NE g)was 229.00 kJ/(kg BW 0.75·d)during balance trail.Fasting heat production(FHP)was 489.75 kJ/(kg BW 0.75·d),the NE requirement was 718.75 kJ/(kg BW 0.75·d).2)The O 2 consumption was 26.19 L/(kg BW 0.75·d),the CO 2 production was 21.26 L/(kg BW 0.75·d),and the respiratory quotient(RQ)was 0.82 during balance trail.The O 2 consumption was 24.63 L/(kg BW 0.75·d),the CO 2 production was 19.44 L/(kg BW 0.75·d),and RQ value was 0.79 during fast period.3)The metabolizable energy for maintenance(ME m)and net energy for maintenance(NE m)requirement estimated from the linear relationship between retained energy(RE)and MEI were 519.80 and 493.20 kJ/(kg BW 0.75·d),respectively.The ME m and NE m estimated by logarithmic regression of HP on MEI were 514.00 and 474.24 kJ/(kg BW 0.75·d),respectively.In conclusion,the energy requirements of the male minks during the winter fur-growing period of 1.92 to 2.40 kg body weight are:ME m 514.00 to 519.80 kJ/(kg BW
