摘要
目的:探讨多功能保暖盖被在下肢手术患者护理中的应用效果。方法:选取2019年6月-2020年4月本院收治的200例下肢手术患者,按干预方法不同将其分为对照组与干预组,每组100例。对照组给予手术室常规保暖护理,干预组在对照组基础上给予多功能手术保暖盖被。比较两组不同时间点体温、术中寒战发生率及热舒适满意情况。结果:干预组手术开始后1、2、3 h及出手术室时体温均高于对照组(P<0.05)。干预组术中寒战发生率为2.00%,低于对照组的15.00%(P<0.05)。干预组热舒适满意率为90.00%,高于对照组的60.00%(P<0.05)。结论:多功能保暖盖被在下肢手术患者护理中保温效果较好,可预防患者低体温发生,减少术中寒战,患者满意度高,值得推广。
Objective:To investigate the effect of multifunctional surgical warm cover in nursing of lower limb surgery.Method:From June 2019 to April 2020,200 patients admitted to our hospital for lower extremity surgery were selected.According to different intervention methods,they were divided into control group and intervention group,100 cases in each group.The control group was given routine warm nursing in the operating room,and the intervention group was given multifunctional surgical warm cover on the basis of the control group.The body temperature at different time points,incidence of intraoperative chills and satisfaction with thermal comfort were compared between the two groups.Result:The body temperature at 1,2 and 3 h after the operation began and leaving the operating room of the intervention group were higher than those of the control group (P<0.05).The incidence of intraoperative chills in the intervention group was 2.00%,lower than 15.00% in the control group (P<0.05).The satisfaction rate of thermal comfort in the intervention group was 90.00%,higher than 60.00% in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:The multifunctional surgical warm cover has a good heat preservation effect in the nursing of patients undergoing lower extremity surgery,which can prevent the occurrence of hypothermia in patients and reduce intraoperative chills,the patient’s satisfaction is high,which is worthy of promotion.
